Yoga

We, at Bhatnagar International Foundation School provide a mindful yoga program for students with a  non-competitive environment in which children find joy and peace. We combine the highest quality of  teaching  age-appropriate yoga with the simple practice of mindfulness. Yoga exercises  help in strengthening  children’s bodies while calming and centring their minds. Bhatnagar International Foundation School nurtures  students  to develop to their fullest physical and mental potential and well-being. Our philosophy is to impart mindfulness to children through the playful use of asana, pranayama, meditation, and the other aspects of yoga. Students  can take what they learn in the yoga  class out into the world to reduce their stress, fully accept who they are, respect  who others are, and enjoy a lifelong love for yoga.
